All of our bachelorette merchandise is stocked, packaged and shipped from our Own Warehouse: We do not use fulfillment companies to process orders and take great care in boxing your order in a plain brown box so we can keep your confidentiality when you receive it. Another big saving is No Sales Tax: For orders placed with us, we do not charge any sales tax outside of California. Those of you in California at least have a an additional benefit of being a local order with Standard shipping usually arriving within 2 Business Days.

We ship your order discretely by using our corporate packaging name, I-Volution, Inc on all shipments! At the current time, you can choose how you would like us to ship your package:

• UPS Ground: (taking 2 days in CA, 2-3 days West Coast, 4-5 days Midwest and 6-8 days for East Coast (NY,FL, etc.)
• UPS 3-Day Select: (takes 3 full days from when UPS picks up your order from us, not including Sat and Sun) For example, if we ship your order on a Monday, UPS starts tracking on Tues and deliver will be on Thursday)
• UPS 2-Day: (takes 2 full days from when UPS picks up your order from us, not including Sat and Sun) For example, if we ship your order on a Monday, UPS starts tracking on Tues and deliver will be on Wed)
• UPS Next Day Air: Delivery of your order will be the next business day, excluding Saturday & Sunday
• UPS Standard - Canada
• UPS Worldwide Expedited - Canada

IMPORTANT - UPS does not count the day your order is shipped out (if the order is received after 4:30pm EST or 1:30pm PST - count that as the next business day) and does not count weekends or Holidays in shipping delivery or transit days.

UPS Does not have normal deliveries on Saturdays, although we can arrange special Next Day Air Saturday deliveries. To calculate a Saturday delivery amount - choose UPS Next Day Air and then figure we will add $17.00 which will make sure your package will be there on Saturday.

We usually process your order within the hour we receive them during normal business hours (Monday - Friday 9am-5pm Pacific Time) and from the time your transaction is approved (weekends excluded). Our secure shopping cart automatically calculates the shipping rates based on the weight of your package. In addition, you will never be charged any sales tax (California excluded). We always suggest having packages delivered to a Residence or Business where there is someone there to receive it. Deliveries to apartments or certain residences might not be left. If the package can be delivered to a business - again, we ship discretely, so no one would ever know what is inside, unless it was opened as we always use our Corporate name on the return address - I-Volution, Inc.

Please make sure that ALL information on the Shipping Address is correct! Any packages, once sent, that need an Address Change or Addition, will unfortunately incur an additional $10.00 fee on UPS Ground orders and $15.00 on all 3 Day, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air and International packages (provided that corrections can be made). If an incorrect address is accidentally given, and the package is refused or returned, we will refund the cost of the items (less the restocking fee); however both shipping fees will have to be deducted from the total refunded.

Canadian Shipments - We offer two shipping type options to Canada, UPS Standard which usually takes from 7 - 10 business days to arrive. UPS Standard is subject to Canadian Customs and Bondin - (Taxes and Brokerage Fees), which can be due at the time the order is delivered. We, unfortunately, do not know the exact fees, we have found that they vary depending on the item, bonding agent, size and dollar value of the order. UPS Worldwide Expedited - is normally 2-3 business days - for this shipment type, UPS has its own customs and bonding agents who process these packages quickly to get to the destination. Shipments to businesses are usually delivered earlier than to residences.

All packages are shipped in a Plain Box - addressed from I-Volution, Inc. for your privacy. We appreciate you ordering from www.bachelorettepartyfun.com and we are confident our gifts will contribute to the fun of your party!

Important - All shipping charges are non-refundable after a package ships, unless they are late due to UPS (only on express shipments). In the event that your bachelorette party order is refused or not picked up, UPS does charge you (the shipper) the identical amount to return (ship) the item back to us, so that return shipping fee will be removed from any refunded amount (along with any restocking / return fee - if applicable).

On Coupon or Special shipping - these package are shipped UPS / USPS standard (Unfortunately exact delivery date not guaranteed). If a bachelorette party order is shipped with free shipping or coupon shipping and is refused or not picked up; both the Original UPS / USPS Shipping amount charged to us as well as the return shipping amount will be deducted from any refunded amount, upon the packages return to us.

We only ship in the United States at the current time. If you are outside of the US and wish to receive Bachelorette items. If you need to return an item, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase price of the products (excluding shipping charges) (less a 15% processing fee charge - to cover bank charges and processing fees on returned items) as long as the following requirements are met:

1. Please notify us by email or call us (818) 718-1104 as soon as possible, explaining which item and why it needs to be returned. You will receive a "RMA" return number with 24-48 hours (business days) and authorization to accompany the return.
    
2. The product is returned within 30 days of purchase with a copy of the receipt enclosed in the box.
    
3. The product is in its Original Packaging and Unused.
4. No food related products are eligible for return!!!!
    
5. Adult and Electronic Items (inc. Massagers and Vibes), Costumes and Shirts, and dolls are exchangeable only, No Returns.
   Please return the item(s) via US Postal Service ground mail (it will be the least expensive and the only carrier to deliver to PO Boxes). Once we receive the item(s) we will issue a credit and notify you by email.

** On any returns that have not been authorized with an RMA number or past the 30 day can be denied credit and if credit is issued (at our discretion, will be subject to a 20% restocking charge!!!! We also reserve the right to add a 20% restocking charge on any single item purchased and returned of 6 or more of the same item. **
